We've slogged through soggy grey days.
Bulbs are pushing their way up to the light.
It's the perfect time to revitalize
the space we call home.
The fastest way to
the most dramatic
transformation is paint.
Clear the clutter.
Clean it up.

whisper soft solids,
crisp whites.
Even leather and suede have spring fever:
A great color scheme
is like a great perfume:
a mix of base notes for grounding,
midtones for range,
and high notes to soar.

To what purpose, April, do you return again?
Beauty is not enough.
You can no longer quiet me with the redness

The smell of the earth is good.
It is apparent that there is no death.
But what does that signify?
Not only under ground are the brains of men
Eaten by maggots.
Life in itself
